Last updated: [TO CONFIRM: date these terms are published]
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders and deliveries of packed lunches, breakfast bags and catering supplied by Feed Easy. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By confirming an order with us, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Feed Easy Limited. “You” and “your” mean the person, business or organisation placing the order. “Order” means a confirmed request for our products and services, and “Goods” means the food, drink and packaging we supply.
You can request a quotation through our website, by phone or by email. Quotations are based on the information you give us, including numbers, menu choices, dietary requirements, delivery location and timings.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for [TO CONFIRM: suggested: 30 days] from the date issued. An order is only confirmed once we have accepted it in writing (including by email). We reserve the right to decline any order.
It is your responsibility to check that the details in your order confirmation are correct and to tell us straight away if anything needs changing.
Because all of our lunches are freshly prepared to order, we need enough notice to source ingredients and plan production.
We will always try to accommodate later changes or short-notice orders, but cannot guarantee this. Changes after the deadline may be charged at the original order value.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. The following charges apply:
Prices are as stated on your quotation or order confirmation. [TO CONFIRM: whether prices include or exclude VAT, and whether delivery is charged separately]
Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
We may charge interest on late payments at the rate allowed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and may pause future orders until overdue invoices are paid.
Our minimum order is [TO CONFIRM: suggested: 20 lunches]. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown on your quotation.
We will deliver to the address and within the time window agreed in your order confirmation. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that we have safe, reasonable access to the delivery point. If multiple drop-off points are needed, these must be agreed when ordering.
We will do everything we can to deliver on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures or traffic incidents. We will keep you informed if a delay is likely.
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any missing or incorrect items [TO CONFIRM: suggested: on the day of delivery, and no later than 24 hours afterwards], ideally with photos.
Responsibility for the Goods passes to you on delivery. Our lunches are prepared for consumption on the day of delivery. Once delivered, they should be kept refrigerated (below 5°C) or in a cool place and eaten by the date and time shown on the label. We cannot accept responsibility for food that has not been stored or handled correctly after delivery.
All allergens and dietary requirements must be declared at the time of ordering, as our packed lunches are pre-booked and prepared specifically to your order. Please tell us the number of lunches needed for each requirement (for example vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free or nut-free) and any individual allergies we should be aware of.
Lunches made for a specific dietary requirement or allergy will be individually labelled. It is your responsibility to make sure this information is passed on to the people receiving the lunches, and that each person receives the correct lunch.
Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, including gluten, nuts, sesame, milk and eggs. While we follow strict procedures to separate ingredients and prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens. [TO CONFIRM: Feed Easy to confirm this kitchen statement is accurate]
We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions where allergens or dietary requirements were not declared when the order was placed.
We take great pride in the quality of our food and service. If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us at info@feedeasy.co.uk or on 01732 457444 within [TO CONFIRM: suggested: 24 hours] of delivery. We will look into it and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or credit against a future order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or revenue.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling an order caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, supplier failure, utility outages, pandemics or industrial action. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and agree an alternative or refund any payment for Goods not supplied.
We use the personal information you give us only to manage your enquiry and order. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use and protect your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your order is confirmed will apply to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
